Qualifications & requirements
Construction Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 12 – 15 years in construction management, preferably Oil & Gas/Aramco projects.
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 12 –15 years in project management, preferably on major Oil & Gas projects.
Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 8 – 12 years in mechanical construction, piping, equipment installation, and Oil & Gas projects.
Civil Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 8 – 12 years in civil construction, infrastructure, foundations, and industrial projects.
Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 8 –12 years in electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and industrial/Oil & Gas projects.
Mechanical Supervisor
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years in mechanical works, piping, equipment installation, and site supervision.
Civil Supervisor
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years in civil construction, site supervision, concrete, foundations, and infrastructure works.
Safety Officer
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in HSE, Safety Engineering, or relevant discipline; NEBOSH/IOSH preferred.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years in HSE supervision, preferably Oil & Gas/Aramco projects.
Work Permit Receiver
- Diploma/technical qualification preferred; valid Saudi Aramco WPR certification/card.
- Minimum 5 – 10 years of relevant Oil & Gas/site experience with valid WPR authorization.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Saudi Aramco Oil & Gas Construction projects.
- Saudi Aramco approval is mandatory for applicable engineering/supervisory positions.
- Candidates with experience in Saudi Aramco projects will be given preference.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
