Qualifications & requirements
Architect & Engineer Positions
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/MEP Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in engineering, architecture, construction, infrastructure, or consultancy projects, with strong knowledge of industry standards, project coordination, technical documentation, and Saudi/GCC project requirements.
Quantity Surveyor Position
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management for building, infrastructure, or construction projects, with expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation, measurement, variation orders, valuations, and cost control.
Surveyor Position
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Survey Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in land surveying for building, infrastructure, roads, or construction projects, with proficiency in Total Station, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, setting out, as-built surveys, and survey documentation.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Familiar with international design codes and the Saudi Building Code.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Previous experience in engineering consultancy and construction supervision projects.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred or mandatory where applicable.
- Positions are Open exclusively to Saudi Nationals with a relevant Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Surveying qualification and suitable professional experience.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and meet the requirements of the respective position.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
