Qualifications & requirements
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university and PMP certification.
- Minimum 12+ years of industry experience in architectural design, particularly in hospitality projects, of which at least 2 years are in a leadership position.
Senior Architect
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15+ years of industry experience in architectural design, particularly in hospitality projects, 7 & 5 Star Hotel Projects, Resorts, museums, and Luxury Apartment & Villas design.
Senior Site Planning Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. (Primavera P6).
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of planning and project controls experience.
- Experience in engineering consultancy and construction supervision.
Site Inspector - ELV
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry, particularly in a construction supervision/inspection role.
Site Inspector - Civil
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience, particularly in a supervision/construction role.
Document Controller
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience, particularly in construction projects.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Familiar with international design codes and the Saudi Building Code.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Previous experience in engineering consultancy and construction supervision projects.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred or mandatory where applicable.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and meet the requirements of the respective position.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
