Qualifications & requirements
Technical Director
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or another relevant Engineering discipline.
- 15+ years of experience, including significant leadership experience on major real estate, residential, or commercial developments.
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related Engineering discipline.
- 10–15 years of experience in managing major residential, commercial, or real estate development projects, preferably in the KSA.
- Strong experience in project planning, cost, schedule, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Technical Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related Engineering discipline.
- 10–15 years of experience in technical management for major building projects.
- Experienced in design reviews, shop drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, specifications, authority requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Construction Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 10–15 years of construction experience, including 5+ years in a Construction Manager role on major residential/commercial projects.
Civil / Structural Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in civil/structural works for major building or real estate projects.
- Experience in structural drawings, concrete/steel works, site inspections, technical coordination, and resolving construction issues.
Architect / Architectural Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in architectural design and construction of residential/commercial buildings.
- Proficient in reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, finishes, shop drawings, material approvals, and coordinating with consultants and contractors.
Quality Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control on major building or real estate development projects.
- Strong knowledge of inspection procedures, ITPs, method statements, material approvals, NCRs, testing, documentation, and quality standards.
MEP / Electro-mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in MEP works for major residential/commercial projects.
- Experience in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, equipment coordination, shop drawings, testing & commissioning, and MEP coordination.
Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management of major construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, valuation, variations, interim payments, contracts, and cost control.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Experience in large-scale commercial and residential Building projects.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
