Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Technical Office Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or related field. 8 – 10 years of experience in construction or real estate development projects.Strong background in technical office management, shop drawings, coordination, and project documentation
Cost Control Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in cost control and budgeting for building projects.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field, (Primavera P6).
- 5 – 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for building projects.
Safety Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety, and NEBOSH / OSHA or equivalent safety certifications.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in construction safety management for building projects.
Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in site supervision & execution for residential and commercial building projects.
MEP Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in MEP systems for building projects.
Architect:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in architectural design and site coordination for building projects.
Documents Controller:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience in document control within construction projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong technical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with international codes, standards, and modern construction practices.
• Candidates must have proven experience in residential & commercial building projects.
• Open exclusively to Saudi Nationals with relevant qualifications and proven experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
• Strong technical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with international codes, standards, and modern construction practices.
• Candidates must have proven experience in residential & commercial building projects.
