UNIMAC is a Saudi heavy civil contractor founded in 1979 that designs, builds and maintains highways, airports, motorsport circuits and urban developments across the Kingdom. UNIMAC is looking for experienced Project Managers and Project Directors to lead major construction and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, and the roles are open to all nationalities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large infrastructure projects on time, within budget and to the required quality.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and consultants.
- Build and keep strong relationships with the client.
- Oversee planning, cost control, contracts and project risks.
- Take ownership of decisions and solve problems on complex projects in demanding conditions.
Qualifications & requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Extensive experience managing large construction and infrastructure projects, especially roads, highways, utilities and civil works.
- A proven record of taking projects from start through execution, commissioning and handover.
- Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, cost control, contracts and risk management.
- Good understanding of construction methods, project controls and HSE requirements.
- PMP or a similar project management qualification is an advantage.
Eligibility criteria
- Open to all nationalities.
- Saudi Arabia or GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
- Experience leading roads, highways, utilities or civil works projects is essential.
