Rabiah Garden Trading & Contracting is a Riyadh based landscape engineering and contracting company founded in 2007, working on residential, commercial, tourism, heritage and healthcare projects across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. The company is looking for an Operations & Maintenance Project Manager to run its landscaping and irrigation maintenance work in Riyadh.
Key responsibilities
- Manage landscaping and irrigation operations and maintenance contracts.
- Lead and organise the site and maintenance teams.
- Control project budgets and keep costs within plan.
- Prepare performance and progress reports for management and the client.
- Make sure maintenance work meets the required quality and service standards.
Qualifications & requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience, including project management.
- Proven experience in landscaping, irrigation systems and maintenance operations.
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
Eligibility criteria
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.
- Experience managing teams, budgets and performance reports.
- Landscaping and irrigation maintenance experience is essential.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
