Rabiah Garden’s Trading & Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join its contracting team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Executing comprehensive site surveying, topographic leveling, and coordinating elevations and geographical coordinates.
- Operating advanced surveying equipment, notably Total Station, with high precision.
- Reading and interpreting site plans, blueprints, and shop drawings accurately.
- Collaborating directly with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure flawless field execution.
Qualifications & requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Survey Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 – 8 years of proven practical experience in surveying across construction or landscape projects.
- Full proficiency in operating surveying instruments (Total Station) and setting precise elevations/coordinates.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and start immediately.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Experience in construction and landscape projects.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
