Qualifications & requirements
Civil Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 7+ years of experience in UAE construction projects.
- Must hold a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) G+Unlimited license with strong experience in high-rise/building construction.
Civil Engineer – Concrete Repair & Restoration
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience in UAE construction projects, including concrete repair, structural rehabilitation, restoration, waterproofing, and strengthening works.
- UAE project experience is required.
Site Engineer – Civil
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of UAE construction experience, preferably in building and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, drawings, quantities, subcontractor coordination, and QA/QC procedures.
QA/QC Engineer – Civil
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of UAE construction experience in QA/QC.
- Experience in inspections, ITPs, method statements, material approvals, NCRs, and construction quality documentation is required.
QS Engineer – Civil
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field with 5+ years of UAE construction experience covering QA/QC and quantity surveying.
- Experience in BOQs, quantity take-offs, valuations, variations, cost control, inspections, and project documentation.
Senior Supervisor – Civil
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification with 7+ years of UAE construction experience, including 3+ years in a senior supervisory role.
- Strong experience in site execution, manpower coordination, finishing/structural works, and subcontractor supervision.
Safety Officer
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent HSE qualification with 5+ years of UAE construction experience in a Safety Officer/HSE role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE requirements, risk assessments, toolbox talks, inspections, PTW, incident reporting, and site safety procedures.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Prioritize candidates with proven UAE experience in large-scale building construction projects.
- Candidates should have strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, site coordination, safety requirements, and project documentation.
- Experience with major developers, consultants, PMC organizations, or Tier-1 contractors is an added advantage.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
