Qualifications & requirements
Landscape Architect
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in landscape design within an engineering consultancy.
- Proven experience in landscape master planning, public realm, parks, streetscape, and urban development projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and other landscape design software.
Landscape Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape construction inspection and supervision.
- Experience in consultancy on landscape, parks, public realm, road landscaping, or infrastructure projects.
Lead Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with engineering consultancy firms.
Senior Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with engineering consultancy firms.
Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with engineering consultancy firms.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Familiar with international design codes and the Saudi Building Code.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Previous experience in engineering consultancy and construction supervision projects.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred or mandatory where applicable.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
