Qualifications & requirements
Senior Interior Design Architect
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in interior architecture and design consultancy, with proven experience on residential developments, luxury hotels, and premium office projects.
- Strong expertise in concept development, detailed design, material specifications, coordination, and design management.
Interior Design Architect
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant consultancy experience in interior architecture and design, preferably involving residential, luxury hotel, and office projects.
- Proficient in design development, technical drawings, material selection, detailing, and consultant coordination.
Facade Specialist
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Facade Engineering.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in facade consultancy, design review, technical detailing, and site coordination for residential towers, luxury hotels, and commercial/office buildings.
- Experience with curtain wall, glazing, stone, aluminum, GRC/GFRC and other facade systems preferred.
Sustainability Specialist
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Sustainability, Building Services, or related field.
- Relevant sustainability certification such as LEED, BREEAM, WELL or Estidama is preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years in sustainability consultancy for residential, luxury hotel, and office developments, including energy efficiency, green building compliance, sustainability assessments, and certification requirements.
Environmental Specialist
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of environmental consultancy experience, preferably on large-scale residential, hospitality, and commercial/office projects.
- Experience in environmental assessments, environmental management plans, monitoring, compliance, waste management, and regulatory requirements.
BIM Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of BIM consultancy experience on multidisciplinary residential, luxury hotel, and office projects.
- Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, BIM coordination, clash detection, model review, BIM standards, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; professional registration with the relevant authority is preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of electrical design consultancy experience covering residential, luxury hotel, and office developments.
- Experience in LV/MV systems, lighting, power distribution, emergency systems, load calculations, specifications, authority requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7+ years of mechanical consultancy experience on residential, luxury hotel, and office projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, chilled water systems, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, fire protection coordination, equipment selection, calculations, specifications, and design review.
ELV Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of ELV consultancy experience for residential, luxury hospitality, and office developments.
- Experience in structured cabling, CCTV, access control, SMATV/IPTV, public address, intercom, ICT, security systems, and integration with other building services.
HSE Officer
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline. NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of HSE experience within engineering consultancy/construction supervision, preferably on residential, luxury hotel, and commercial/office projects.
- Knowledge of risk assessments, method statements, inspections, incident reporting, audits, and HSE compliance.
Electrical Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of electrical inspection experience, preferably within engineering consultancy or supervision teams for residential, luxury hotel, and office projects.
- Experienced in inspecting installations, testing & commissioning, drawings, materials, workmanship, electrical systems, and compliance with approved specifications and standards.
Mechanical Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of mechanical inspection experience in consultancy/construction supervision, preferably on residential, luxury hotel, and office projects.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, equipment installation, testing & commissioning, material inspections, and quality compliance.
Document Controller
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of document control experience within engineering consultancy or construction projects, preferably residential, luxury hotel, and office developments.
- Proficient in document management systems, transmittals, submittals, RFIs, drawings, revisions, technical correspondence, and maintaining project records.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Engineering professionals shall hold or be eligible for the applicable Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) professional accreditation/classification, where required.
- Relevant experience on residential developments, luxury hotels, high-end offices, and major mixed-use projects is preferred.
- All candidates should have consultancy-based supervision experience.
- Sound knowledge of applicable Saudi Building Code (SBC) requirements, relevant Saudi/GCC standards, authority regulations, and multidisciplinary project coordination.
- Strong technical documentation, communication, software, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
