Qualifications & requirements
Architect
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
- 7 to 10 years in architectural design review, construction supervision and engineering consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and shop drawings, material specifications and construction detailing.
- Has supervised finishing works, façade systems, interior finishes and building envelope installation.
- Good with AutoCAD, Revit and BIM coordination.
Senior Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.
- 12 to 15 years in electrical engineering, design review, construction supervision and consultancy.
- Wide experience in MV/LV power distribution, transformers, switchgear, substations, lighting, earthing and lightning protection.
Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.
- 7 to 10 years in electrical construction supervision, design coordination and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, power distribution, lighting, cable containment, earthing and electrical installations.
- Reviews electrical shop drawings, specifications, material submittals and method statements.
Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university.
- 12 to 15 years in HVAC engineering, design review, construction supervision and consultancy.
- Wide knowledge of central chilled water systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, ductwork and mechanical plant rooms.
- Strong in HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, duct sizing, chilled water piping and system performance checks.
Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university.
- 7 to 10 years in mechanical engineering, MEP construction supervision and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, pumps and mechanical equipment installation.
- Reviews mechanical shop drawings, specifications, material submittals and method statements.
Electrical Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5 to 8 years in electrical installation inspection and quality control on construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of LV/MV installations, cable laying, trays, conduits, switchgear, distribution boards and lighting.
- Carries out inspections, witnesses testing and verifies installation quality.
ELV Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years in ELV systems inspection and construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, structured cabling, public address, BMS and communication networks.
- Inspects ELV installation, cable routing, containment, termination, testing and commissioning.
Mechanical Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5 to 8 years in mechanical installation inspection and construction quality control.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, chilled water piping and mechanical equipment.
- Inspects ductwork, piping, pumps, valves and mechanical equipment installation.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English.
- Proven experience in engineering consultancy, design review, construction supervision, site inspection and quality control.
- Experience on large building, infrastructure or multidisciplinary projects is preferred; airport project experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of international standards, construction specifications, QA procedures and HSE requirements.
- Able to review drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and technical documents.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Good with relevant engineering software, technical reporting and construction documentation.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
