Saleh Constructions LLC is looking for a senior Project Manager (Civil) for its high-rise tower and residential building projects in the UAE. The role suits a construction leader with long experience in planning, project controls, contract administration and risk management on large building projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high-rise tower and residential building projects from start to handover.
- Plan and control the project programme, cost and progress.
- Manage the contract and keep the client, consultants and subcontractors aligned.
- Identify project risks early and put measures in place to control them.
Qualifications & requirements
- At least 20 years of proven professional experience in construction, engineering or project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-rise towers and residential buildings.
- Strong knowledge of project planning and project controls.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and risk management.
Eligibility criteria
- Only candidates currently living in the UAE will be considered.
- At least 20 years of experience in construction, engineering or project management.
- Proven record on high-rise and residential building projects.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
