Qualifications & requirements
Chief Land Surveyor
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in UAE Building, Steel Structure & Infrastructure Projects.
- Lead and manage all surveying activities across building, steel structure and infrastructure projects.
- Establish and maintain survey control networks, benchmarks and reference systems.
- Review and approve survey drawings, as-built drawings, survey reports and quantity calculations.
- Supervise and mentor the surveying team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants and clients on all survey-related matters.
- Verify contractor and subcontractor survey works and resolve any technical discrepancies.
Land Surveyor

- Technical Diploma or Certification in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8 – 10 years of proven experience in the UAE/GCC, specifically in building, steel structure and infrastructure projects.
- Lead and manage day-to-day site activities across infrastructure, utilities and steel structure projects.
- Establish and maintain work sequences, daily targets and site coordination with survey and engineering teams.
- Supervise and mentor site staff, ensuring safety, quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants and clients on all site-related matters.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/UAE experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- GCC/UAE project experience is highly desirable.
- Must have hands-on experience in Building & Infrastructure or construction projects.
- Candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
