Qualifications & requirements
Technical Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 5–8 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably in the UAE.
- Experience coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM and document-control systems is an advantage.
Senior Quantity Surveyor – Pre-Contract
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 8–12 years of experience in quantity surveying, including 5+ years in the UAE or GCC building construction market.
- Strong pre-contract experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Expertise in cost estimation, BOQs, quantity take-offs, tender documentation, and cost planning.
- Experience preparing and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Proficiency in Excel and quantity surveying software; CostX or similar software is an advantage.
QA/QC Engineer – Civil
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in civil quality assurance and quality control, preferably in UAE building projects.
- Experience in concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Land Surveyor
- Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in land surveying for building construction projects, preferably in the UAE.
- Practical experience in setting out building grids, foundations, columns, walls, slabs, and structural elements.
- Proficiency in operating Total Station, Auto Level, Digital Level, and GPS/GNSS equipment.
- Experience in topographic surveys, as-built surveys, level transfer, and coordinate verification.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of survey reports, level sheets, and as-built drawings.
- Knowledge of UAE project survey procedures and site control networks is an advantage.
Safety Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or an equivalent recognized safety qualification is preferred; additional safety certifications and relevant UAE regulatory training are an advantage.
- 5–8 years of HSE experience in building construction, preferably in the UAE.
- Experience implementing project-specific HSE plans, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
- Familiarity with applicable UAE occupational safety requirements and relevant local authority regulations.
Civil Estimator
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
- 5–8 years of experience in estimating building construction projects, preferably in the UAE.
- Experience estimating residential, commercial, high-rise, and mixed-use developments.
- Ability to prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material and labour cost analyses.
- Experience analyzing structural, architectural, and finishing drawings.
- Familiarity with subcontractor quotations, supplier pricing, wastage allowances, and construction productivity rates.
- Ability to prepare tender pricing, cost comparisons, and project cost summaries.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced Excel; experience with CostX, PlanSwift, Candy, or similar estimating software is preferred.
MEP Estimator
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in MEP estimation for building construction projects, preferably in the UAE.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, electrical power, lighting, ELV, and related building services systems.
- Ability to prepare MEP BOQs, detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
- Experience reviewing MEP drawings, specifications, equipment schedules, and material requirements.
- Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD; experience with specialized MEP estimating software is an advantage.
Storekeeper
- Diploma or certificate in Storekeeping, Inventory Management, Logistics, or a related field. A high school certificate with relevant experience may also be acceptable.
- 3–5 years of experience as a storekeeper in building construction projects, preferably in the UAE.
- Experience receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and tracking construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates should be fluent in English & Arabic.
- GCC/UAE experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates should have a UAE Driving license.
- Previous experience in building construction projects, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
- Familiarity with UAE construction practices, safety regulations, quality standards, and applicable authority requirements.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, project specifications, industry standards, and site procedures relevant to the applied position.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet project deadlines, and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Dubai, UAE, and comply with applicable UAE employment and visa requirements.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
