STS Construction Company

STS is a well-known Saudi construction company that was established in 1995. The logo (STS) is a trademark registered at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) and owned by Al Ta’afuf Company for Electrical Works LLC. In 2018, Al Ta’afuf Company merged with its sister company, Development Works Co. Ltd, and issued a license, through SAIP, for Development Works Co., to use the logo and apply the internal STS ERP system in managing its projects under the supervision of Al Ta’afuf. Both companies are owned by Mr. Ashry bin Saad Al Ashry and Mr. Saad bin Sunaitan Al Hudaib and are run by the same management team and leadership.
