UPC Group

UPC Group, established in 1977 as a joint venture between Haji Hassan Group, Bahrain, and NTR Holding A/S (formerly Rasmussen & Schiotz Holting A/S, Denmark), has grown into one of the region’s leading precast concrete specialists. In 2006, the company became a fully owned division of Haji Hassan Group, further strengthening its position within a diversified industrial and trading conglomerate.

Since its inception, UPC Group has specialized in the design, manufacture, and supply of high-quality precast concrete solutions, including façade elements, prestressed hollowcore slabs, and glass reinforced concrete (GRC) products. Building on its strong foundation in Bahrain, the company successfully expanded its regional presence with operations in Dubai (1993), Abu Dhabi (2002), and Qatar (2002).

With a long-standing commitment to quality, innovation, and technical excellence, the Group has played a key role in supporting major infrastructure and building developments across the Gulf region. Working closely with local authorities from the early stages of operation, UPC Group contributed to establishing high-performance standards—particularly for prestressed hollowcore slab systems in government and private sector projects.

Today, supported by ISO 9001–certified quality management systems covering design, manufacturing, and installation, UPC Group continues to deliver reliable, efficient, and durable precast solutions across the region.
