• Minimum 12 – 15 years of experience in managing large-scale civil construction projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

Quality Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 – 12 years of quality management experience in construction or industrial projects in Saudi Arabia.

HSE Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety Management, and Certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent recognized safety qualifications.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management within building construction projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety Management, and Certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent recognized safety qualifications.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within construction or residential building projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

Site Engineer – Civil / Structure:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in civil/structural works supervision on construction projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

Site Engineer – Electrical / Mechanical:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in electrical & mechanical construction, supervision, and installation for building projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

QA/QC Engineer – Civil / MEP / Finishing:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architecture).
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of QA/QC experience in building projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
