We are looking for skilled construction professionals with strong UAE project experience to be part of our expanding team.

POSITIONS

- Cost Control Engineer
- Quantity Survey Engineer
- Senior Civil Draughtsman
- Land Surveyor
- Documents Controller

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Cost Control Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building & turnkey construction projects in the UAE.

Quantity Survey Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building & turnkey construction projects in the UAE.

Senior Civil Draughtsman:

• Diplom or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building & turnkey construction projects in the UAE.

Land Surveyor:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Survey Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in building & turnkey construction projects in the UAE.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the UAE Construction industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid building construction experience in Residential/Commercial projects.
• All candidates shall have strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
