GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in building construction projects in the UAE.

Store Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in construction store management, with at least 5 years in building projects in the UAE.

Site Administrator:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a construction site administration, with at least 5 years in building projects in the UAE.

Site Engineer:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 – 7 years of experience in the supervision of construction projects, with at least 5 years in building construction projects in the UAE.

Draftsman:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Draftsman, with at least 5 years in building construction projects in the UAE.

General Foeman:

• ITI, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Foreman, with at least 5 years in building construction projects in the UAE.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have experience in Mid-rise, High-rise Commercial & Residential building projects.
• Only candidates with relevant experience and who are available in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
