Codes Construction LLC is so glad to announce to open new positions in the MEP Department for their MEP Construction projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

- Estimator – Electrical
- Estimator – Mechanical
- Quantity Surveyor MEP
- Draftsman – HVAC
- Draftsman – Electrical
- Draftsman – Plumbing
- Supervisor – HVAC
- Supervisor – Electrical
- Supervisor – Plumbing

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 10 – 12 years of experience out of which at least 8 years in the Middle East.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven track record in completing projects.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must possess strong Leadership and Communication Skills.
• Coordinating with the design team on all aspects of the design.
• Ensuring all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of the Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
• Ensuring that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities’ regulations.
• Analyzing drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
