Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Senior Structural Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 - 12 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.
Structural Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.
Material Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.
Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.
Chief Land Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Survey Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.
Electrical Inspector:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.
Mechanical Inspector:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

- ITI Certificate, Diploma in Civil or Survey Engineering, or an equivalent.

- ITI Certificate, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• UAE work experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should have experience in High-rise Building & Villa projects.
