Qualifications & requirements
Construction Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 12 – 15 years of experience managing infrastructure works, including roads, utilities, drainage, and external works.
Senior Planning Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, Primavera P6, and project scheduling.
- Minimum 10+ years of planning experience in UAE building construction projects.
Senior Architect
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in villa and high-end residential projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination.
Architecture Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in building and villa construction.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishing works, and authority requirements.
Structural Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in structural design review and site execution of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
Technical Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of technical office experience in UAE building construction.
- Proficient in shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, RFIs, and technical coordination.
Contracts Administrator
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in contract administration for UAE construction projects.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, claims, variations, procurement, and commercial management.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements and HSE standards.
- Must have hands-on experience in Villa / Building Construction projects.
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
