Qualifications & requirements
Senior Planning Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. (Primavera P6)
- Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in Villa / Building projects within the UAE region.
QA/QC Engineer (Civil)
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Villa / Building projects within the UAE region.
Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Villa / Building projects within the UAE region.
Architectural Draftsman
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Villa / Building projects within the UAE region.
HSE Officer
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, or relevant discipline. (IOSH / NEBOSH Certification)
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in Villa / Building projects within the UAE region.
General Foreman
- ITI or Diploma in Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Villa / Building projects within the UAE region.
Civil Foreman
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Villa / Building projects within the UAE region.
Assistant Land Surveyor
- ITI or Diploma in Civil / Survey Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in Villa / Building projects within the UAE region.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Must have hands-on experience in Villa / Building Construction projects.
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
