About the company
Al Eslah General Contracting LLC is a UAE building contractor working on residential, government and commercial projects. The company is looking for an experienced NOC Engineer for an ongoing construction project in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi, handling authority approvals from first submission through to final clearance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit NOC applications to the relevant Abu Dhabi authorities.
- Follow up on each application on your own until the final approval is issued.
- Liaise with authorities, consultants and site teams on approval requirements and comments.
- Keep submission records and approval status up to date for the project team.
Qualifications & requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years on UAE construction projects with a solid record of securing NOCs and authority approvals.
- Good working knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority requirements and submission procedures, including Municipality, Civil Defence, utility, telecom and transport authorities.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with reading, writing and speaking skills in both.
- Valid UAE driving licence.

- Only candidates currently living in the UAE will be considered.
- Must be available for a walk-in interview.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving licence.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
