- Project Engineer
- Quantity Surveyor
- Safety Officer
- Civil Draftsman

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of UAE experience in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, project coordination, and technical specifications.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of relevant UAE experience in building construction.
• Expertise in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and variation management.

Safety Officer:

• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or NEBOSH/IOSH certification.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of UAE experience in building construction sites.

Civil Draftsman:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of UAE experience in building construction projects.
• Capable of preparing detailed drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• UAE work experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should have experience in Mid-rise and High-rise Building projects.
• Candidates should be Strategic thinkers with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
