Construction and Building Engineering LLC

Construction & Building Engineering is a client-focused company that has earned the trust of clients and consultants, resulting in recommendations from clients to work with their families, friends, and business associates. CBE takes this opportunity to express gratitude to every one of them.

Having our roots deeply dug in the U.A.E, Construction & Building Engineering was founded in 1969 as one of the earliest construction businesses in Dubai.

CBE is owned by Major General Juma Obaid Al Sayegh Ahli and his son Ahmed Juma Al Sayegh Ahli. Under their guidance, the reputation of CBE was cemented through the utilization of highly skilled personnel, labor, and resources to ensure that all contracts and commitments were executed by the time frame, cost, and specifications established.
