Construction and Building Engineering LLC is recruiting technical staff for their High-Rise Buildings and villa projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

MEP Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, and PMP Certification.
• Minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience in the MEP Construction Industry.

Sr. Project Engineer (Electrical):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience in the MEP Construction Industry.

Sr. Project Engineer (Mechanical):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience in the MEP Construction Industry.

Project Engineer (Electrical):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in the MEP Construction Industry.

Project Engineer (Mechanical):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in the MEP Construction Industry.

Electrical Draftsman:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in the MEP Construction Industry.

Mechanical Draftsman:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in the MEP Construction Industry.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in Construction Industry.

Electrical Foreman:

• High School or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in the MEP Construction Industry.

Plumbing Foreman:

• High School or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in the MEP Construction Industry.

Welding Foreman:

• High School or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in the MEP Construction Industry.

Ducting Foreman:

• High School or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in the MEP Construction Industry.

BMS Foreman:

• High School or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in the MEP Construction Industry.

ELV Foreman:

• High School or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in the MEP Construction Industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Candidates must have High-rise residential & Commercial Buildings and Villas Construction experience projects.
• Candidates must be responsible to supervise the workforce on site and plan all activities.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
