Core Consult Project Management is a leading architecture and engineering consultancy firm providing integrated planning, design, and project management services. We currently have multiple openings across our Infrastructure Departments for Supervision and Design Projects located in Kuwait.

- Project Director
- Sr. Construction Manager
- Sr. Planning Engineer
- Sr. Structural Engineer
- Senior Architect
- Sr. Quantity Surveyor
- Sr. Mechanical Engineer

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Director:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline (Master’s Degree preferred), and PMP Certified.
• 20 years of overall experience in engineering consultancy, with at least 10 years in a senior management or project leadership role.

Senior Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• 20 years of experience in structural design and engineering in the engineering consultancy or construction industry.

Sr. Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 20 years of experience in construction management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership or managerial role in engineering consultancy or the construction industry.

Senior Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 20 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the engineering consultancy or construction industry.

Senior Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• 20 years of experience in mechanical design and site supervision within the engineering consultancy or construction industry.

Senior Architect:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 20 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination within a consultant or multidisciplinary design firm.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management from a recognized university.
• 20 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management within the engineering consultancy or construction industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Engineering candidates with excellent communication & presentation skills, commercial acumen, and computer savvy are necessary.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Working knowledge of Kuwait authority standards, regulations, and site documentation practices.
