DAR AL OMRAN Architectural and Engineering Consultants (Dubai), a Leading Architectural and engineering Consultancy firm in Dubai, is seeking caliber applicants for our project in Dubai-UAE to fill the following positions:

POSITIONS

- Project Manager
- Site Architect
- Architect
- MEP Engineer
- Authorities Engineer

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in project management within architectural and engineering consultancy.

Site Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years specifically focused on data center projects.

Architect:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in architectural and engineering consultancy.

MEP Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in MEP Design and project coordination within architectural and engineering consultancy.

Authorities Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within architectural and engineering consultancy.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Profession level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid consultancy supervision experience in Sewerage and Drainage Supervision projects.
• All candidates should have consultancy-based experience.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
