DAR AL OMRAN Architectural and Engineering Consultants (Dubai), a Leading Architectural and engineering Consultancy firm in Dubai, is seeking caliber applicants for our project in Dubai-UAE to fill the following positions:

POSITIONS

- Team Leader / Civil Engineer
- Design Project Manager
- Quantity Surveyor

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Team Leader / Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• MUST have a minimum of 15 years of total work experience, including 10 years in engineering planning, design, construction, operation, and management of multi-story structures.

Design Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in Design projects.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/quantity surveying from a recognized university.
• MUST have (10 – 15) years of total work experience
• MUST have participation in at (2 – 3) similar healthcare projects where they held similar functions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Profession level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid consultancy supervision experience in the Supervision of Building projects.
• All candidates should have consultancy-based experience.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
