- Team Leader / Civil Engineer
- Design Project Manager
- Quantity Surveyor
Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Team Leader / Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- MUST have a minimum of 15 years of total work experience, including 10 years in engineering planning, design, construction, operation, and management of multi-story structures.
Design Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in Design projects.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction/quantity surveying from a recognized university. MUST have (10 - 15) years of total work experience
- MUST have participation in at (2 - 3) similar healthcare projects where they held similar functions.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Profession level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid consultancy supervision experience in the Supervision of Building projects.
• All candidates should have consultancy-based experience.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
