About the company
Technical Glass and Aluminium Company (TGAC) is a Dubai facade and glazing specialist founded in 1989, with a modern glass processing plant in Jebel Ali that tempers, laminates, prints and insulates glass panels up to 12 by 3.3 metres. The company is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to support its construction and facade projects in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Set out facade and construction works on site from the approved drawings.
- Establish control points, benchmarks and site reference coordinates.
- Carry out levelling, measurements and as built checks with Total Station and GPS/GNSS.
- Read construction drawings, architectural plans and survey data accurately.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors and site teams to keep installation on line and level.
Qualifications & requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional land surveying experience.
- Proven experience on construction and facade projects.
- Skilled with Total Stations, GPS/GNSS and other surveying equipment.
- Good knowledge of site surveying, setting out, levelling and measurement methods.
Eligibility criteria
- Facade or construction project experience is essential.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail and site coordination skills.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
