• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in infrastructure or airport pavement engineering, with at least 10 years in a senior/resident role.

Project Controls/Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role; extensive experience in leading or executing project controls elements is required.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in estimation and quantity survey is required.  

Senior Surveyor / Civil Inspector:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering is a must.
• Minimum 12 years of previous experience working as a Civil Inspector.

HSE Officer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HSE, preferably with Experience in training works in similar Projects with a minimum of 10 years overall experience.

Documents Controller:

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of previous experience working in a document-controlling capacity.
