GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or relevant discipline) from a recognized university.
• Professional certifications (PMP, PMI, RICS, ISO, BIM certifications) will be an added advantage, depending on the position.
• Minimum 10 – 20 years of progressive experience in infrastructure projects supervision, depending on the seniority of the role.
• Proven experience working with engineering consultancy, PMC, or supervision firms on large-scale infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, drainage, water networks, and urban developments.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems such as Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM platforms (Revit/Navisworks), cost control systems, and QA/QC documentation tools, as applicable to the role.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Candidates must possess a Valid Saudi Driving license.
• Candidates are necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Excellent oral, analysis, and presentation skills are required in the performance of this position.
• Engineers with prior experience in Gulf-region projects and strong familiarity with Saudi Codes and regulations will be preferred.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, project standards, HSE requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Supervise site teams, including engineers, inspectors, planners, surveyors, and discipline leads, to ensure effective execution.
• Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia and able to join immediately will be preferred.
