• 15+ years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects. 

Construction Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• 15+ years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects. 

Safety Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field, and NEBOSH/IOSH Certification.
• 10+ years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects. 

Senior Planning Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects. 

Technical Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• 10+ years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects. 

Site Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects. 

QA/QC Inspector:

Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects.

Safety Officer:

Diploma in Engineering or a similar field, and NEBOSH/IOSH Certification.
• 5+ years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects.

Civil Foreman:

ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects.

Documents Controller:

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience as a documents controller in the Construction industry.

• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have a UAE Driving license.
• Candidates should have experience in building/villa construction.
