GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Lead & Senior Roles:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Process, I&C, Structural, Pipeline, HSE, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with strong exposure to FEED and Detailed Engineering for major EPC projects.

Engineer & Designer Roles:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, Pipeline, HSE, or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with strong exposure to FEED and Detailed Engineering for major EPC projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must be UAE Driving License holders.
• Candidates must have experience in the Oil and Gas field, preferably with ADNOC Onshore projects.
• Candidates must have a solid background working with ADNOC Onshore projects (preferred) or major Middle East operators.
• Strong capability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage the technical execution of assigned scopes.
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE, locally based, and ready to join immediately.
