GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Engineering Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or related field. (PMP Certified).
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.

QA/QC Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field. (PMP Certified).
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.

HSE Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering, or related field. NEBOSH – IGC Certified.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.

Survey Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Survey Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.

QA/QC Inspector:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.

HSE Supervisor:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or related field, IOSH/NEBOSH Certified.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.

Site Supervisor – MEP:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.

Site Supervisor – Architecture:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.

HSE Officer:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Engineering, or related field, IOSH/NEBOSH Certified.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.

Land Surveyor:

• Diploma or Certification in Civil / Survey Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.

Civil Foreman:

• Diploma or Technical Qualification in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have High-rise Building Construction project experience.
• Must have a transferable IQAMA and be ready to relocate within the Kingdom.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
