Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Engineering Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or related field. (PMP Certified).
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.
QA/QC Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field. (PMP Certified). Minimum 15+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.
HSE Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering, or related field. NEBOSH - IGC Certified.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.
QA/QC Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.
Survey Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Survey Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.
QA/QC Inspector:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.
HSE Supervisor:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or related field, IOSH/NEBOSH Certified.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.
Site Supervisor - MEP:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.
Site Supervisor - Architecture:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.
HSE Officer:
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Engineering, or related field, IOSH/NEBOSH Certified.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.
Land Surveyor:
- Diploma or Certification in Civil / Survey Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.
Civil Foreman:
- Diploma or Technical Qualification in Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-rise building projects within the KSA region.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have High-rise Building Construction project experience.
• Must have a transferable IQAMA and be ready to relocate within the Kingdom.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
