National Engineering Bureau (NEB) is seeking skilled and experienced candidates with a background in consultancy for mixed-use and building projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, and PMP Certified.
• At least 20+ years of experience in Site Supervision with at least 10 years with a consultancy background in the UAE.

Senior Engineer – Electrical / Mechanical / HSE / QA/QC:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Architectural Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 15+ years of experience in Site Supervision with at least 5 years with a consultancy background in the UAE.

Senior Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 12+ years of experience in Site Supervision with at least 5 years with a consultancy background in the UAE.

BIM Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10+ years of experience in Site Supervision with at least 5 years with a consultancy background in the UAE.

Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 12+ years of experience in Site Supervision with at least 5 years with a consultancy background in the UAE.

Sustainability Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• At least 12+ years of experience in Site Supervision with at least 5 years with a consultancy background in the UAE.

Inspector – Civil / Electrical / Mechanical:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 7+ years of experience in Site Supervision with at least 3 years with a consultancy background in the UAE.

Land Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil / Survey Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 7+ years of experience in Site Supervision with at least 3 years with a consultancy background in the UAE.

Inspector – Civil / Electrical / Mechanical:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 7+ years of experience as a Documents Controller within a reputed engineering or architectural consultancy firm in the UAE.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as building codes and safety standards.
• Candidates with experience with Multinational Design consultants and exposure to Middle Eastern and Global projects will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience with large-scale construction projects, particularly mixed-use and Building projects.
• Candidates available in the UAE who can join immediately are eligible to apply for these positions.
