National Engineering Bureau (NEB) is seeking skilled and experienced candidates with a background in consultancy for Mix-used and building projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Design Manager:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in architectural design.

Sr. Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• At least 15 years of Experience in Structural Designing.

Sr. Landscape Designer:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• At least 15 years of experience in landscape designing projects.

Sr. Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 15 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering.

Sr. Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.

Sr. Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 15 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering.

Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of Experience in Structural Designing.

Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering.

Sr. Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in quantity surveying and estimation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as building codes and safety standards.
• Candidates with experience with Multinational Design consultants and exposure to Middle East and Global projects will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience with large-scale construction projects particularly Mix-used and Building projects.
• Candidates available in UAE and can Join immediately are eligible to apply for these positions.
