SALEH Constructions LLC is a fast-growing Construction Company in the Middle East. We are looking for seasoned and dynamic individuals to join our high-rise building projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

JOB POSITIONS

- Site Technical Manager
- Sr. Quantity Surveyor
- Site Architect
- Contracts Engineer
- Technical Engineer
- Quantity Surveyor
- Draftsman

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Site Technical Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
• 10 to 12 years of experience in Cost Management & Budget Control and project cost control.

Contracts Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 to 12 years of experience in Contracts Management and project management.

Technical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Site Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 years of experience in architectural detailing, finishing works, and quality assurance.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in BOQ preparation, project billing, preparing payment applications, and variations.

Draftsman:

• Diploma or Certificate in Drafting/CAD or related discipline.
• 8 – 10 years of experience in architectural and structural drawings.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have experience in High-rise and mid-rise Building Construction projects.
• Only candidates with relevant experience and available in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
