Saud Consult is the leading multidisciplinary engineering & architectural consultant company and is pleased to invite professional candidates to join our team.

JOB POSITIONS

- Development Manager
- Contract Manager
- Cost Control Engineer
- Project Management Engineer

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Development Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management.
• 15+ years of experience in developing strategies and planning for projects, ensuring continuous follow-up to meet project objectives.

Contract Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Law / Contracting Management.
• 12+ years of experience in preparing the necessary contracts with all operations and contractors.

Cost Control Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
• 12+ years of experience in cost estimation and financial tracking.

Project Management Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management.
• 10+ years of experience in managing project communications and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Candidates must have a valid (Transferable) Iqama holder.
• Candidates necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Candidates must have relevant experience in the same role in Consultancy Engineering Firm.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
