Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Development Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management.
- 15+ years of experience in developing strategies and planning for projects, ensuring continuous follow-up to meet project objectives.
Contract Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Law / Contracting Management.
- 12+ years of experience in preparing the necessary contracts with all operations and contractors.
Cost Control Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
- 12+ years of experience in cost estimation and financial tracking.
Project Management Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management.
- 10+ years of experience in managing project communications and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Candidates must have a valid (Transferable) Iqama holder.
• Candidates necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Candidates must have relevant experience in the same role in Consultancy Engineering Firm.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Candidates must have a valid (Transferable) Iqama holder.
