GENERAL REQUIREMENTS |
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in Building Construction projects.
Technical Coordinator (Civil):
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 08 years of experience in Building Construction projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Coordination with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, Technical Manager, Structural Engineer, Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Procurement Manager, and MEP for Technical issues.
2. Meetings with the consultants for approvals and follow-ups.
3. Quality Control, follow up on all the engineering works.
4. Checking drawings to meet the contract drawing and the project specification.
5. Explaining the drawings to the Construction Team, and solving their issues by reading the contract drawing and the project specifications.
6. Quantity Takeoffs for positive or negative variations of subcontractors.
7. Led the Structural Draftsman’s Team, helping them with their drawing issues.

2. Inspecting construction sites frequently and ensuring that manpower and resources are adequate.
3. Supervising the use of machinery and equipment.
4. Identifying and resolving problems that may arise during construction processes.
5. Reporting the progress of construction projects to managers, supervisors, engineers, and other relevant personnel.
Land Surveyor:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil/Surveying or equivalent.
• 08 years of experience in Building Construction projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Overseeing the coordination of construction works and ensuring that they are following priorities and plans.
2. Engineering or construction surveyors determine the precise location of roads or buildings and the proper depths for building foundations.
3. Boundaries determine the legal property lines and help determine the exact locations of real estate and construction projects.
Recruitment Officer:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Administration or equivalent.
• 05 years of experience in the Building Construction sector.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for sourcing high-caliber candidates, ensuring headcount has been approved before recruitment.
2. Researching and appropriate use of recruitment channels such as agencies, job boards, social media, etc. considering the recruitment budget.
3. Manage and coordinate the selection and assessment processes including cv sifts, ensuring all resourcing processes meet legal requirements and are fair, fit, and inclusive.
4. Work with HRD to ensure a smooth, timely, and cost-effective recruitment and selection process.
5. Work with HRD to ensure line managers with recruitment responsibilities are adequately trained in the interviewing process.
Personal Assistant (HR):
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Administration or equivalent.
• 05 years of experience in the Building Construction sector.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for dealing with personal and corporate responsibilities most especially providing complete and efficient administrative support.
2. Act as a point of contact between the Divisional Directors, the internal stakeholders, and the HR Director.
3. Plan for business calendar based on set targets and activities to ensure proper settings of travel, meetings & conferences.
4. Preparing expenses planning & cost sheets tracking; raising materials requisition and being a petty-cash custodian for the office expenses.
5. Arrange appointments for personal and professional purposes whenever needed.
• Must have experience in Building Construction Projects.
• UAE work experience is preferred.
• For managerial roles, experience in leading a team is mandatory.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
