GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Senior Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 – 12 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.

Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.

Material Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.

Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.

Chief Land Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Survey Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.

Electrical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.

Mechanical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.

Structural Draftsman:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.

Architectural Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.

Land Surveyor:

• ITI Certificate, Diploma in Civil or Survey Engineering, or an equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.

Lab Technician:

• ITI Certificate, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of UAE experience in Villa and Horizontal projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• UAE work experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should have experience in High-rise Building & Villa projects.
• Candidates should be Strategic thinkers with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
