JOB POSITIONS

- Planning Engineer
- Civil Engineer
- Quantity Surveyor
- Civil Inspector
- Safety Officer
- Land Surveyor

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in major projects, including hotels and residential-commercial towers.

Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in major projects, including hotels and residential-commercial towers.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or an equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in major projects, including hotels and residential-commercial towers.

Civil Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in major projects, including hotels and residential-commercial towers.

Safety Officer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent and IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in major projects, including hotels and residential-commercial towers.

Land Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil/Survey Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in major projects, including hotels and residential-commercial towers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates who are fluent in Arabic and English are preferred.
• Membership in the Council of Engineers is a prerequisite.
• All candidates should have consultancy-based experience.
• Candidates must have Supervision experience in major construction projects.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
