Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from an accredited university, PMP Certification.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Civil Construction/infrastructure projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Civil Construction/infrastructure projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).
Project Planner:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university (Primavera P6).Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in Civil Construction/infrastructure projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).
Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in Civil Construction/infrastructure projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).
Safety Officer:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a safety-related discipline (NEBOSH certification mandatory).
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in Civil Construction/infrastructure projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).
QC Civil:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in Civil Construction/infrastructure projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).
Civil / Electrical Supervisor:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Civil Construction/infrastructure projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).
HVAC / Electrical Inspector:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Civil Construction/infrastructure projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).
Surveyor:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Survey Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Civil Construction/infrastructure projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).
Foreman / Leadman:
- Diploma or Certification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Civil Construction/infrastructure projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Candidates must be a valid (Transferable) Iqama holder.
• Candidates are necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Coordination with architects, consultants, and authority approval departments.
• Candidates must have experience in Civil Construction Infrastructure projects.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Candidates must be a valid (Transferable) Iqama holder.
