Qualifications & requirements
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; PMP preferred.
- 10+ years in oil and gas construction and EPC project management covering mechanical and piping works, planning, budgeting and leading teams across disciplines.
Construction Manager (Mechanical)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university.
- 10+ years in oil and gas mechanical construction: piping fabrication and installation, equipment erection, structural works, subcontractor management and supervision.
Site Manager (Mechanical)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years managing oil and gas sites: mechanical and piping installation, equipment setting, manpower coordination, execution and site safety.
Operations Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field; a management qualification is preferred.
- 10+ years in oil and gas construction operations: resources, execution, workforce planning, efficiency and running several construction sites.
Eligibility criteria
- Proven experience on oil and gas, EPC, industrial or petrochemical projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical construction, piping systems, equipment installation and industrial project execution.
- Experience managing construction teams, subcontractors, manpower, equipment and site operations.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications and construction procedures is preferred.
- Strong leadership, project management, reporting and problem solving skills.
- Excellent English communication and coordination skills.
- Saudi Arabia or GCC oil and gas experience is preferred.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
