Qualifications & requirements
Welding / Piping Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology or a related field; CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI preferred.
- 5 to 8 years in oil and gas welding and piping inspection: WPS/PQR checks, welder qualification, NDT coordination, piping fabrication, installation and hydrostatic testing.
Static Equipment Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; API 510, API 570 or API 653 preferred depending on the scope.
- 5 to 8 years in oil and gas static equipment inspection: pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, piping, fabrication, installation and mechanical integrity.
Rotating Equipment Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with rotating equipment inspection training.
- 5 to 8 years in oil and gas rotating equipment inspection: pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, alignment, vibration monitoring, installation and testing to OEM standards.
HVAC Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years in HVAC inspection on oil and gas or industrial projects: AHUs, FCUs, chillers, ductwork, ventilation, chilled water piping, testing, balancing and commissioning.
Plumbing Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Technology or a relevant technical field.
- 5 to 8 years in plumbing and mechanical inspection on industrial projects: water supply, drainage, sanitary systems, piping, pressure testing and material verification.
Eligibility criteria
- Experience on oil and gas, petrochemical, industrial construction or engineering inspection projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of inspection procedures, ITPs, quality records and international engineering standards.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards and inspection requirements is an advantage.
- CSWIP, AWS, API or other discipline certifications are preferred where they apply.
- Able to review drawings, specifications, material certificates and inspection reports.
- Good English, technical reporting and coordination skills.
